In short

Your answers are held only in this browser tab. Close the tab or press Delete everything and they are gone. The free text you type is sent to Anthropic, an artificial intelligence service that operates in the United States, only to produce the reply you asked for. It is not used to train any model and we do not log it. This tool never asks for your passport number, date of birth or address. If you leave an email at the paid step, we keep the email, the visa page you were looking at, the price shown and the date, and nothing else.

What this tool is

Subclass asks you the questions the official visa forms ask, in plain language, and turns your own answers into a formatted sheet you can paste into your application on ImmiAccount. It also shows you information the Department of Home Affairs has published about visas whose published rules mention the things you told us, with a link to the source page and the date we read it, so you can check the current version yourself.

What this tool is not

It is not a registered migration agent and it is not a lawyer. It does not give immigration assistance or migration advice within the meaning of the Migration Act 1958. It does not choose a visa for you, does not tell you what to write, does not predict or promise any outcome, and cannot tell you whether a visa will be granted. Only the Department of Home Affairs decides visa applications. Published information changes and may not apply to your circumstances, and the Department website is the only authoritative source.

Where to get advice

If you want advice about which visa to apply for, whether you meet a requirement, or how to answer a question, use a registered migration agent. Check that a person is registered on the Register of Migration Agents at the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), or use an Australian legal practitioner. A person who is not registered, not a legal practitioner and not an exempt person such as a close family member is not allowed to give you immigration assistance or to charge you for it.

What we collect, and why

What you type or say during the interview. It is held in your browser tab only and sent to the artificial intelligence service to produce each reply. We do not keep it, log it, or use it for anything else.
Questions about criminal history or health are sensitive information under Australian privacy law. The organiser says so before asking, and you can skip them and answer on ImmiAccount yourself.
Your passport number, date of birth, address and phone number are never asked for. You type those into the official form yourself.
If you use the microphone, your browser's own speech service turns your voice into text. That is a feature of your browser, not of this tool.
At the paid step, if you choose to leave an email, we store the email, the visa page you were looking at, the price shown, the date, your country as reported by the network, and whether you were on a phone or a desktop. We use it to send you the sheet and the way to pay. We never sell or pass it to anyone.
We do not use analytics pixels or trackers on any screen.

Deleting your information

Press Delete everything at the top of the page at any time. It clears the tab. If you left an email and want it removed, reply to the email you receive and it will be deleted.
